Weird Wondering...

I've got another weird wondering for you...because sometimes I get to wondering and I feel like what I'm wondering is just kind of goofy and I have to share.

I bought a new can/jar/canister of sea salt recently and it seems like I try my hardest to close it up just right but then every time I go to use it I realize I didn't close it quite all the way...and now I'm wondering if it's me or these lids to these contraptions that just barely leave you any room to be off.  Here's a pic of what I mean:
Sea Salt
Sprinkles
So tell me, because this is what I'm wondering...is it that they just barely make these lids capable of being in their closed state, or am I just not coordinated enough to get it to match up exactly most of the time!?!?

Weird Wondering...

Please, someone, explain to me how this sign makes any sense at all!

If the door is locked, how are the kids going to be able to enter at all? They're gonna jump a custodian and get a key...they're the kind of students who can pick locks...they have their own set of keys but shouldn't use them (thus defeating the reason they might have a key) (but kids don't get keys...)?

Come on, I'm wondering how this sign makes any sense - at all. I have to walk by this at least two times a day. I'm about ready to tear it down it's so conundrumtious to me.

Weird Wondering...

I haven't posted a Weird Wondering in a while...although I know I have had some weird wonderings...

This one just struck me today and I grabbed the box to take a picture. Chad picked out Kellogg's Corn Pops and Jordan wanted some when we got home, of course! If you've eaten Corn Pops I'm sure you know they come packed in a fun, silver, foil-lined bag...you know what I'm talking about. Now, why are Corn Pops so special that they get the fun bag?

Honestly, I think all cereal should come in the fun silver bag, it seems to stay closed way more easily than the regular bags that other cereals come in. What's the deal? Wierd, huh?

Weird Wondering...

I have had a completely stressful week at work, mostly due to major changes that are going to be happening in our department next year.  We found out that our district cut four positions in our little 8.6 people department!  I feel horrible for the people who were cut and overwhelmed when it comes to thinking about what next year will be like.

Anyway, I brought chocolate to lunch yesterday when we met knowing it was a chocolate-deserving kind of day.  And then I got to wondering about the Hershey's Miniature bars.  How come you can't get a Mr. Goodbar in a big size candy bar???  Or a big size Krackel bar?  What's up with that?  What if someone really likes the Mr. Goodbar candy bar enough to want to commit to a full size bar?

I'm not sure which is my favorite...quite frankly I like them all.  A co-worker asked me last week what my favorite candy bar is.  Is it bad if I really don't have a favorite?  I'm enough of a chocolaholic that I will except any form of chocolaty goodness?

Which is your favorite miniature...or favorite candy bar?

Weird Wondering...

This is completely random...but Jordan and I were leaving Target this morning and as we were walking through the doors to leave there was a red glove.  Of course, I thought, "Uh oh, someone lost their glove!"  Right away I looked up to see who was in front of us and there was this guy walking out, but he was already almost to his car by the time we made it out the second set of doors, so he wasn't really close to us.  He didn't have any gloves on and it didn't seem like he had gloves on him and had dropped one...but I wanted to call out and see if it was his glove.  Here's the thing, the guy was probably about my age...possibly younger by a year or two.  I didn't know what to yell out!  I was about to say, "Sir?!?", but then I thought it just didn't sound right.  It partly sounded funny just because of his age but also because I never use the word "sir".  I couldn't just call out, "Hey, you!" or "Dude!"  I feel bad that in the end I just didn't say anything...but I really do believe he wasn't the one to drop the glove, so I think it's okay.  What would you say/do?
