Every night, story time is part of our bed time routine. Jordan gets his jammies on and then we sit in the glider chair in his room and read stories. Our favorite this week is Good Boy, Fergus by David Shannon. Jordan loves it.
While we read, Jordan sits and looks at the pictures while he gets to sit with his eehee. He loves to suck his thumb with his blanket and pick the fuzz. 
Thumb sucking is serious business.

I'm not totally into Idol this year. I don't know what my problem is! I do like Danny, but to be honest I'm not totally thrilled about anyone. Who do you like?
I could see Laura as a thumb sucker, she's a hair twirler, I wonder if it's related.
Bedtime stories are the best. We have been reading Maddy bedtime stories since she was teeny tiny. It's amazing what an impact the stories have, it's one of the things I really enjoy watching as a parent, how she integrates the things she hears in books into her real life. Cute! I asked Jordan what he wants for his B-day, I said would you like a toy or a book? he picked a book. So cute. He likes to read like mommy.
